    Are there specific dates & times I need to be available?

    The majority of the MasterMind Program and tasks are available for you to go through any time you choose during the week, with the exception of a bi-weekly 2h Peer Learning Workshop which is scheduled on Friday 11:00 – 13:00 EDT.

    How do I get the Certificate?

    Participants of the MasterMind Program get a certificate of completion if they hand in their monthly Reflection Journals. The reflection journal is essentially a diary of what you learned, applied, what was the impact and how it relates to you.

    The Certificate might be used on LinkedIn.

    What if I am not fully satisfied?

    It will not happen. But if you truly will not, we will kindly ask you for feedback to improve and then provide you with 50% refund.

    What are the qualification criteria?

    You have to hold a top position at a reputable company or a mature startup. You manage at least 1 or more teams directly. These can be co-located or remote. 

    How is my team involved in the program?

    Your team needs to be aware and on board. Some assignments will ask you to try out tools in a team context. For example, trying out a meeting method. Make your team members aware, and get the team’s buy-in to make the most of the practical nature of the course.
